I was told a long time ago by someone who said to me, "Find a good butcher and happiness will follow." Well, I must be happy now. Lazy L Ranch has a great selection of meats, and they cut meat daily, so it is fresh. The beef is also locally sourced, so you know what you are getting. They also offer pork and chicken. I have a Jamaican friend who got me hooked on Jamaican goat curry. This is the only place I know where I can buy goat locally without having to drive an hour to find it. The counter help is very friendly. You can also order in volume, 1/4, 1 /2, and whole beef, as I have done in the past. The beef I have had is of high quality and no complaints from me yet.
