Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lazy L Ranch Meats order. Because we ship perishable products, our return policy is structured a little differently than most.
Perishable Items: Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Orders
Since our meats are perishable, we cannot accept returns on them. However, if your order arrives damaged, significantly delayed (such that the product's quality is compromised), or with items missing, we will make it right with a refund or store credit.
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lazylmeats.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage, packaging condition, or missing items
Once we receive your request, we'll review the details and respond with a resolution, typically a refund to your original payment method or store credit, whichever you prefer. Refunds may take a few business days to process on our end, and additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Non-Perishable Items: 30-Day Return Policy
For non-perishable items (such as merchandise, gift items, or accessories), we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods, including all meat products (refer to the section above for damaged/delayed/missing orders)
- Custom products, including special orders or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For damaged perishable items, we'll work with you directly on a replacement or credit.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
